Responsibilities

• Drive new business development through domestic staffing and IT client acquisition.
• Understand IT skill sets (e.g., Java, .NET, Cloud, Data Engineering, SAP) and align them with client needs.
• Manage end-to-end client engagement – requirement gathering, proposal submission, negotiation and closure.
• Handle C2C (Corp-to-Corp) and Full-Time staffing requirements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term success.
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters/business executives to achieve business goals.
• Prepare business plans, strategies, and presentations to acquire new clients.
• Consistently achieve sales and revenue targets.
