Job summary

PSK Engineering is seeking an experienced Construction Business Development professional to lead nationwide BD initiatives across India. The role focuses on identifying and securing projects across Roads & Highways, commercial, residential, industrial, and infrastructure sectors while building strong relationships with government bodies, developers, consultants, architects, and EPC clients.

• 6-12 years of experience in construction business development.
• Proven success in acquiring projects across PAN India.
• Strong network with government agencies, infrastructure companies, developers, and consultants.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (MBA preferred).
