The role requires building a strong network with developers, architects, consultants and industrial clients.

The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of opportunities, coordinate with internal teams, and travel across Chennai and Tamil Nadu to pursue new business and close deals.

Qualifications

• MBA (Marketing) or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering/Business.
• 5+ years of business development experience in construction.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
• Develop relationships with developers, architects, PMCs and consultants.
• Identify upcoming commercial and industrial projects.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and site visits.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and coordinate tender submissions.

• Coordinate with estimation, design and project execution teams.
