Property solutions India Pvt ltd is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across the Gujarat region. The role emphasizes acquiring new clients in the facility management sector and managing end-to-end BD cycles.

The candidate should have 3–8 years of BD/sales experience, preferably in FM, with strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills, and willingness to travel across Gujarat.

Qualifications

• Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing or relevant field preferred.
• 3–8 years of experience in Business Development/Sales, preferably in Facility Management.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of the Gujarat market and client network.
