We are a Facility Management Services company providing integrated solutions including housekeeping, manpower outsourcing, waste management, mechanized cleaning, security support, property maintenance, and other facility management services to Government.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Facility Management sector.
• Generate leads through field visits, networking, cold calling, and online platforms.
• Build relationships with government departments, corporations, educational institutions, hospitals, residential societies, and industrial establishments.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, presentations, and quotations.
• Participate in tender identification, bid preparation, and submission processes.
• Conduct client meetings and site surveys to understand service requirements.
• Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
• Coordinate with operations teams for seamless project mobilization and client onboarding.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain a database of prospects, clients, and business opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate/MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in Facility Management, Manpower Outsourcing, Housekeeping, Security Services, Waste Management, or related sectors preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of Government e-Marketplace (GeM), tendering processes, and procurement systems will be an advantage.
• Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel for business development activities.
