Grown Diamond in Mumbai (BKC) is hiring a Senior Business Development Executive for US Process (B2B Voice). You will move from collections to revenue-generating inside sales, engaging US business owners and executives to understand needs and pitch solutions.

This on-site, night-shift role requires experience in US/International Collections, strong English, and the ability to meet revenue targets through structured follow-ups and objection handling.

Qualifications

• 310 years of experience in US / International Collections (Night Shift mandatory)
• Experience handling B2B or high-value international accounts
• Excellent spoken English (neutral or American accent preferred)
• Strong confidence speaking with US senior stakeholders
• Proven ability to work under revenue-linked targets
• Strong objection handling, negotiation, and follow-up discipline
• Willingness to work MonFri US night shift from BKC (on-site)
• Candidates with only domestic or non-US process experience will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• This position is designed for senior International / US Collections professionals who want to move into a US B2B Inside Sales role involving outbound calling, solution pitching, follow-ups, and revenue ownership.
• If you are looking only for pure recovery, inbound collections, or non-sales roles, this position will not be a fit.

Role Overview

• As a Sr. Collections Specialist US Process (B2B Voice), you will leverage your experience in handling US clients, objections, negotiations, and revenue pressure to identify, qualify, and convert US B2B sales opportunities.
• You will engage directly with US business owners, Directors, VPs, and CXOs, understand their business needs, pitch value propositions, and support sales conversions through structured follow-ups.
• This is a consultative US Inside Sales role, not consumer calling, customer support, or transactional collections.

Key Responsibilities

Preferred Background (Advantage, Not Mandatory)

• International Collections with settlement or retention exposure

• Final selection will be based on communication quality, calling intensity, and sales aptitude not only past titles.
