Grown Diamond in Mumbai is seeking a Sr. Collections Specialist US Process (B2B Voice) to transition from collections to revenue generation. The role is onsite at BKC and requires handling US clients with strategic outbound calls, objections, and negotiations to drive sales opportunities.

You will engage with US business owners and executives, pitch value propositions, and support conversions through structured follow‑ups, while meeting revenue targets and KPI metrics.

Qualifications

Sr. Collections Specialist US Process (B2B Voice)

• Location: BKC, Mumbai (On-site)
• Shift: US Night Shift | Monday to Friday | Fixed Saturday & Sunday Off
• CTC: Rs. 6 Rs. 7.0 LPA + Uncapped Performance Incentives

• This is NOT a traditional collections or recovery role.
• This position is designed for senior International / US Collections professionals who want to move into a US B2B Inside Sales role involving outbound calling, solution pitching, follow-ups, and revenue ownership.
• If you are looking only for pure recovery, inbound collections, or non-sales roles, this position will not be a fit.

Role Overview

• As a Sr. Collections Specialist US Process (B2B Voice), you will leverage your experience in handling US clients, objections, negotiations, and revenue pressure to identify, qualify, and convert US B2B sales opportunities.
• You will engage directly with US business owners, Directors, VPs, and CXOs, understand their business needs, pitch value propositions, and support sales conversions through structured follow-ups.
• This is a consultative US Inside Sales role, not consumer calling, customer support, or transactional collections.

Key Responsibilities

1. Outbound calling to US business decision-makers (approx. 250300 calls/day)
2. Conduct structured discovery conversations to understand business needs
3. Pitch value propositions and qualify high-quality sales opportunities
4. Drive sales meetings, follow-ups, and conversions
5. Handle objections confidently and professionally
6. Share solution decks / proposals and respond to product or service queries
7. Maintain strong CRM hygiene call notes, follow-ups, pipeline, and forecasting
8. Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs related to meetings, conversions, and revenue

MUST-HAVE Candidate Profile (Non-Negotiable)

1. 36 years of experience in US / International Collections (Night Shift mandatory)
2. Experience handling B2B or high-value international accounts
3. Excellent spoken English (neutral or American accent preferred)
4. Strong confidence speaking with US senior stakeholders
5. Proven ability to work under revenue-linked targets
6. Strong objection handling, negotiation, and follow-up discipline
7. Willingness to work MonFri US night shift from BKC (on-site)
8. Candidates with only domestic or non-US process experience will not be considered.

Preferred Background (Advantage, Not Mandatory)

1. International Collections with settlement or retention exposure
2. US B2B Inside Sales / Appointment Setting experience
3. SaaS / Tech / Consulting voice process exposure
4. Prior experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
5. Final selection will be based on communication quality, calling intensity, and sales aptitude not only past titles.
