Job summary

Futurism Technologies, INC. is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive US IT sales from Baner, Pune. This role operates on a night shift (6:30 PM–3:30 AM IST) and requires a proactive, target-driven attitude with outbound calling.

You will generate and qualify IT service leads, identify client needs, schedule meetings for senior sales, and maintain CRM records to achieve daily and weekly targets. Previous US sales experience and strong negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in US IT sales or cold calling (150-200 calls per day).
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to work in US night shift timings.
• Knowledge of IT services (preferred Digital marketing, Cyber security/ITS services/Ecommerce).
