Job summary

ManageBiz is looking for driven sales executives to convert inbound leads into paying clients across MCA compliance and accounting services. You will own the full sales cycle—from first contact to closing—working closely with our operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Responsibilities include handling inbound leads from Meta, Google Ads, and WhatsApp; conducting consultative calls on GST, ROC, accounting and payroll; following up to convert leads; maintaining CRM records; and

ManageBiz is a CA/CS compliance and accounting firm helping Indian businesses with company registration, GST, ROC/MCA filings, accounting, and payroll compliance.

Role Overview:

We are looking for driven sales executives to convert inbound leads into paying clients across our MCA compliance and accounting service lines. You will own the full sales cycle - from first contact to closing - working closely with our operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Handle inbound leads from Meta, Google Ads, and WhatsApp channels
• - Conduct consultative sales calls explaining GST, ROC, accounting, and payroll services
• - Follow up consistently to convert leads into paying clients
• - Maintain accurate records of leads and conversions in CRM
• - Meet monthly conversion and revenue targets
• - Coordinate with the operations/CS team for smooth handoffs post-sale

Requirements:

• - Excellent communication skills in Hindi/Marathi and English
• - Freshers welcome; prior sales/telecalling experience is a plus
• - Comfortable with high-volume outbound/inbound calling
• - Basic understanding of business compliance (GST, company registration) preferred but not mandatory - training provided
• - Self-motivated, target-driven attitude
