Job summary

Myk Laticrete is seeking a field sales professional to drive site-level activities, registrations with contractor schemes, and promotion execution in the Assam region. You will engage masons, contractors and influencers, promote premium products, and generate retail leads.

The role requires a 3–4 year track record in site sales or channel sales, with strong digital literacy (Excel, Power BI, Salesforce) and excellent communication in local language. A B.Tech or MBA qualification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 3–4 years of site working experience and influencer engagement/channel sales.
• Proficient digital literacy; Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and Salesforce are essential.
• Experience in engaging masons, contractors and influencers within a territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage site-level activities: demos, samples, and promotions.
• Drive enrollment in contractor schemes and monitor points growth.
• Generate and convert retail leads; ensure site/specifications approvals by architects.

• Driving the Growth of Rishta Points of Last Year Silver & Gold Users
• Addition of New Silver & Gold Users in Territory
• Driving Contractor Scheme through Enrollment, Mason Team Mapping & Points Follow Ups
• Improving the Premium Products Scan Share at User & Territory Level
• New Rishta Users Enrolment & Verifications (New & Existing)
• Resolving Rishta related Users issue
• Increasing the Count of Active Rishta Users at Territory Level
• Engagement with Zero Scans Rishta Masons
