Job summary

Myk Laticrete is seeking an Area Market Development Manager in Kolkata. You will motivate and lead the local team to hit targets across the territory and manage the retail funnel, including demos and samplings to promote products.

You will focus on retaining and expanding Rishta user base (Silver & Gold), enroll new users, and drive contractor schemes with mason teams, while enhancing product placement and showroom activity.

Responsibilities

• Motivate & drive the team to achieve targets in the assigned territories.
• Create and maintain Retail Site Funnel.
• Conduct Retail Projects including demos and samplings.
• Retain Silver & Gold Users from Last Year.
• Drive growth of Rishta Points for last year Silver & Gold users.
• Add new Silver & Gold users in the territory.
• Drive Contractor Scheme via enrollment and mason team mapping.

• Generating Product Approvals at Site level Driving Architect Schemes
• Promotional Meets Execution & Follow Ups with Attendees
