• Achieve Silver & Gold Users retention and grow their points.
• Achieve contractor scheme targets and enrollment routines.
• Generate retail leads and drive conversion at site and territory levels.
• Obtain site/specification approvals from B/C Class Architects.
• Execute promotional meets and monitor outcomes.

• Creating/Maintaining Retail Site Funnel
• Retail Projects - Demos/samplings
• Retention of Silver & Gold Users of Last Year
• Driving the Growth of Rishta Points of Last Year Silver & Gold Users
• Addition of New Silver & Gold Users in Territory
• Driving Contractor Scheme through Enrollment, Mason Team Mapping & Points Follow Ups
• Improving the Premium Products Scan Share at User & Territory Level
• New Rishta Users Enrolment & Verifications (New & Existing)
• Resolving Rishta related Users issue
• Increasing the Count of Active Rishta Users at Territory Level
• Engagement with Zero Scans Rishta Masons
• Engagement with B/C Class Archi/Engg/Interior Designers

Generating Product Approvals at Site level Driving Architect Schemes

• Promotional Meets Execution & Follow Ups with Attendees
• Product Placement Drive, Product Display Drive

Education Essential
