Zusammenfassung

Housy, based in Pune, seeks a proactive Partnerships Lead to own the end-to-end partner acquisition pipeline for our home-services platform. You will drive lead generation, screening, background checks, documentation and activation of partners, while building sourcing channels across local communities and referral programs.

You will set and deliver supply targets per hub, manage KYC such as Aadhaar and PAN, bank linkage and agreement signing, and build a referral engine.

• Build and manage end-to-end partner acquisition pipeline: lead gen, screening, background check, documentation, activation.
• Develop sourcing channels: local communities, referral programs, placement agencies, WhatsApp groups.
• Set and deliver supply targets per hub.
• Own partner documentation and KYC: Aadhaar, PAN, bank linkage, agreement signing.
• Build the referral engine for partner sourcing.
• Track and optimize the supply funnel: leads, screening conversion, training pass rate.
• Pre-seed supply for new hub launches 2-3 weeks before go-live.
