Job summary

Housy is seeking an HR specialist intern to help build the team that powers our Pune-based home services platform. You will manage hiring pipelines, coordinate onboarding for new partners, and help implement attendance, leave, and performance tracking systems, ensuring alignment across hubs.

You will draft offer letters and employment documents, support training and orientation, and contribute to culture-building initiatives, rituals, and feedback loops.

Qualifications
