Job summary

Housy is seeking a hands-on marketing enthusiast for a full-time in-office internship in Pune. You will drive customer acquisition across digital and on-ground channels, manage social media with a strong emphasis on Instagram, and nurture leads for cleaning plans and Deep Clean services.

You’ll collaborate with the operations team to convert inquiries into bookings and analyze campaign performance weekly. Required skills include deep understanding of Instagram, strong content instincts, and

Responsibilities

• Drive customer acquisition for Housy’s home-services app in Pune across digital and on-ground channels (society activations, referral drives, local partner tie-ups).
• Run and grow Housy’s social media, Instagram first: content calendar, Reels, Stories, and community replies.
• Generate and qualify leads for monthly cleaning plans and Deep Clean; call, WhatsApp and follow up with customers to close bookings.
• Plan and execute campaigns (offers, festive pushes, referral programs) and track results in a weekly report.
• Work with the ops and support team on conversion: respond to inbound enquiries, book slots, and hand over to the hub team.
• Analyse funnel and campaign data and propose what to double down on.

About the internship:

1. Drive customer acquisition for Housy's home-services app in Pune across digital and on-ground channels (society activations, referral drives, local partner tie-ups).
2. Run and grow Housy's social media, Instagram first: content calendar, Reels, Stories, and community replies in a voice that feels human, not corporate.
3. Generate and qualify leads for monthly cleaning plans and Deep Clean; call, WhatsApp and follow up with customers to close bookings.
4. Plan and execute campaigns (offers, festive pushes, referral programs) and track results in a weekly report.
5. Work with the ops and support team on conversion: respond to inbound enquiries, book slots, and hand over to the hub team.
