Qualifications

• 3–7 years of proven sales experience in related roles.
• Experience in Retail or project sales.
• Proficiency in English.
• CRM software experience is a plus.
• Strong marketing and negotiation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Identify and appoint distributors, generate primary and secondary sales.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services.
• Create reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
• Ensure stock availability for sales and demonstrations.
• Represent the company at exhibitions or conferences.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Collaborate with team to achieve better results.
• Gather feedback from customers for internal teams.
• Develop new sales plans and strategies.
• Visit projects and generate leads for follow-up.

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with the Dealers, promoting our products to drive sales and market growth. The role requires a mix of technical product knowledge, sales acumen, and strong communication skills to establish the companys presence in the market.

Job Description:

• Appoint Distributors and Generate primary and secondary sales
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs and generate new sales leads.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
• Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences

• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
• Developing new sales plan and strategies.

Qualification and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role for at least 3-7 Years
• Should have work experience in Retail sales/ project sales.
• Proficiency in English
• Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
