Job summary

Captain Steel India Limited is seeking a field-based professional to drive lead identification and validation in the local area. You will educate customers on RustGuard, maintain ongoing engagement to secure repeat usage, and coordinate with Master Masons and engineers to sustain active involvement.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with IHBs, masons, and retailers.
• Ability to work independently and manage diverse responsibilities.
• Understanding of building material products, especially TMT bars and RustGuard.
• Basic technical knowledge in construction and casting services support.
• Two-wheeler is mandatory; local language and English communication essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead identification and validation within the assigned area and tag sites to nearest retail counters.
• Maintain continuous customer engagement until repeat usage of materials is confirmed and educate about Rustguard benefits.
• Engage Master Masons and engineers, ensuring active participation and regular follow-ups.
• Provide casting services support and coordinate with the technical team for casting requirements and solutions.
• Conduct training and development activities, including interactions with masons and retail counters.

Responsibilities

Lead Identification & Validation

• Identifying potential IHB leads within the assigned area
• Validate construction sites & tag them to the nearest retail counters.

Customer Engagement & Follow Up

• Maintain continuous engagement with customers until repeat usage of materials is confirmed.
• Educate customers on Rustguard & its benefits in construction.
• Serve as a liaison between IHB, Master Masons, and retail counters to ensure smooth operations.

Mason & Engineer Engagement

• Ensure Master Masons are registered on Jeevan Saathi & maintain 80% active engagement throughout the year.
• Organize small Mason meets to build strong relationships and encourage product loyalty.
• Register Civil Engineers with Bandhan & ensure regular follow-up on their engagement.

Casting Services Support

• Provide support for casting services, ensuring quality & timely execution.
• Coordinate with the technical team for casting-related requirements & solutions.

Training & Development

• Conduct regular interactions with master masons, retail counters

Desired Candidature

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills to build relationships with IHBs, Masons & Retail Counters.
• Ability to work independently & manage a diverse set of responsibilities.
• Understanding of building material products, specially TMT bars & RustGurad.
• Basic technical knowledge in construction & ability to provide casting services support.
• Two wheeler is mandatory.
• Has to be smart with good communication (In Local Language and English)
• Within the age bracket of 22 to 25.
• 0 to 3 years of field experience in the Steel/Cement industry is preferred.
