Captain Steel India Limited seeks a field engagement executive in Bihar to identify IHB leads, validate construction sites, and coordinate with masons and retail counters for RustGuard products.

Role requires 0–3 years in steel/cement, a two-wheeler, and strong bilingual communication in local language and English. You will educate customers, foster repeat usage, and support casting services and technical coordination.

Formación

• B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering required; any graduation acceptable.
• Must have good communication in local language and English.
• Age 22 to 25.
• 0 to 3 years of field experience in steel/cement industry preferred.
• Two wheeler mandatory.

Responsabilidades

Responsibilities:

Lead Identification & Validation:

• Identifying potential IHB leads within the assigned area
• Validate construction sites & tag them to the nearest retail counters.

Customer Engagement & Follow Up:

• Maintain continuous engagement with customers until repeat usage of materials is confirmed.
• Educate customers on Rustguard & its benefits in construction.
• Serve as a liaison between IHB, Master Masons, and retail counters to ensure smooth operations.

Mason & Engineer Engagement:

• Ensure Master Masons are registered on Jeevan Saathi & maintain 80% active engagement throughout the year.
• Organize small Mason meets to build strong relationships and encourage product loyalty.
• Register Civil Engineers with Bandhan & ensure regular follow-up on their engagement.

Casting Services Support:

• Provide support for casting services, ensuring quality & timely execution.
• Coordinate with the technical team for casting-related requirements & solutions.

Training & Development:

• Conduct regular interactions with master masons, retail counters

Desired Candidature:

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills to build relationships with IHBs, Masons & Retail Counters.
• Ability to work independently & manage a diverse set of responsibilities.
• Understanding of building material products, specially TMT bars & RustGurad.
• Basic technical knowledge in construction & ability to provide casting services support.
• Two wheeler is mandatory.
• Has to be smart with good communication (In Local Language and English)
• Within the age bracket of 22 to 25.
• 0 to 3 years of field experience in the Steel/Cement industry is preferred.
• Qualification : - B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering/Graduation - Any (Must)
