Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a fabrication supervisor with 5–15 years of experience to lead engineers and workers in precast and rebar fabrication projects. The role focuses on maintaining safety, quality, and adherence to ISO standards while coordinating with construction stakeholders.

You will oversee material usage, code compliance, and monthly steel submissions, driving continuous improvement in fabrication methods and scrap reduction. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of fabrication techniques and materials usage.
• Expert in reference codes, welding techniques and QC.
• Experience in scrap/offcuts optimization and ISO-compliant docs.
• Ability to monitor progress vs targets and coordinate with teams.
• Experience interacting with engineers' representatives and internal departments.

Responsibilities

• Handle team of engineers and workers on fabrication sites.
• Ensure safe working conditions and compliance with safety acts.
• Submit monthly steel requirements to Construction Manager.
• Maintain quality at all stages and document processes per ISO.
