Job summary

Orchestra Telecom Services is seeking a field sales professional to manage dealer, distributor, and retail networks within the assigned territory. You will conduct field visits, meetings with partners, and market surveys to achieve monthly sales targets.

You will identify new business opportunities, onboard channel partners, ensure branding at retail counters, coordinate with distributors for stock and orders, and maintain strong client relationships with post-sales support.

• Manage and expand dealer, distributor, and retail networks in the assigned territory
• Conduct regular field visits, partner meetings, and market surveys
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate daily/weekly reporting
• Identify new business opportunities and onboard new channel partners
• Ensure proper branding, visibility, and product placement at retail counters
• Coordinate with distributors for stock availability and timely order processing
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and handle post-sales support
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to support strategic decisions
