Qualifications

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Associate role based in Bhubaneswar. The Business Development Associate will identify and qualify prospective clients and institutional partners, manage lead generation activities, and maintain follow-ups through calls, emails, and meetings. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing trends, and helping shape outreach strategies for training programs and services. The role involves preparing and delivering presentations to potential clients, supporting marketing campaigns, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients. The associate will also update CRM or lead tracking systems, prepare periodic reports, and actively contribute ideas to improve business development processes.

Qualifications

• Strong presentation-related skills, including Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering Presentations.
• Proficiency in Lead Generation techniques, with the ability to identify, qualify, and nurture prospective clients.
• Capability in Market Research to analyze trends, target segments, and competitive landscape.
• Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, for interaction with clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Basic knowledge of sales processes, CRM tools, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience or internship in sales, business development, or education/training services is an advantage.
