Role Description

The Business Development Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhubaneswar. This role involves identifying and qualifying new leads, building relationships with corporate and institutional partners, and promoting the academy’s training programs. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing and delivering presentations, coordinating outreach campaigns, and following up with potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings. The Business Development Associate will collaborate with the training and marketing teams to refine offerings, support proposal development, and track performance metrics. The role also includes maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools and providing regular reports on business development activities.

Qualifications
