Job summary

Kamrion Ventures is recruiting for an Inside Sales role in Gurugram. The candidate will call D2C leads, understand customer needs, explain products and offers, and follow up to close sales, while maintaining CRM records and meeting targets.

Freshers with good communication are welcome; 1–3 years of experience is preferred, especially with skincare or wellness products. Basic CRM knowledge is required, and outbound calling with a focus on targets is expected.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in Inside Sales / Telesales / D2C (Freshers with good communication can apply).
• Strong communication, convincing & negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with outbound calling & targets.
• Basic CRM knowledge.
• Skincare / Wellness background preferred.
