Job summary

Stealth Technocrats in India is seeking an experienced IT Business Development Executive to generate leads on Upwork, LinkedIn, Freelancer, and other platforms, and to identify new business opportunities.

The role requires 13 years in IT BDE, experience with international clients, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a proactive, target-driven mindset. Rotational shifts and working from office are expected.

Qualifications

• 13 years of experience in IT BDE/Business Development.
• Experience in lead generation and international client handling.
• Good communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Proactive, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable with rotational shifts & WFO.
