Job summary

Xero Degrees Cafe Private Limited is seeking a proactive Business Development Associate to work on a database of prospective clients and schedule meetings for the Business Development team.

The role requires strong communication in English and Hindi, the ability to pitch our franchise model, maintain the client database daily and conduct timely follow-ups.

Candidates with a Master’s in Sales & Marketing and Excel/Word proficiency will fit well, with an internship in Sales/BD considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Sales & Marketing required.
• Prior internship/experience in Sales/BD is a bonus.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong research skills.

Responsibilities

• Desk job with a database of prospective clients and calls to schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
