Job summary

White Force Group in India is seeking a motivated Business Development Associate to counsel nurses about overseas opportunities in Germany and guide professionals toward care-giving programs in Japan.

You will promote German language training packages, follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, email and in-person meetings, keep CRM records, and work toward monthly sales targets.

The role requires excellent English, strong sales drive, and the ability to build trust with healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication.
• 0-3 years of experience in sales, counselling, or business development. Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Target-oriented mindset with a passion for counselling and sales.
