Our courses are offered in-person, with a strong focus on practical language application.
Our Indian subsidiary for German language courses and examinations, DeutschPro India, is currently looking for a motivatedHead Business Development & Operationsto join the on-site team full-time.

Responsibilities

• Drive the operational implementation of strategic initiatives defined by the management in Germany
• Establish and optimize processes (HR, Finance, Compliance, Administration) according to German and Indian standards
• Lead and further develop the local teams (teachers, administration, marketing, sales)
• Build and manage partnerships with Indian institutions (universities, hospitals, government bodies, recruitment agencies)
• Ensure the successful delivery of language courses and examinations, including quality and process control
• Conduct budget planning, controlling, and reporting to the German headquarters
• Support business expansion (new locations, new business areas)
• Represent the organization in dealings with partners, authorities, and at events

Requirements

• Several years of leadership experience in the education sector, HR, training, or a comparable service-oriented environment
• Strong knowledge of the Indian market, ideally in education, healthcare, or recruitment
• Proven entrepreneurial mindset, organizational talent, and execution skills
• Excellent English language skills; German knowledge is an advantage
• Experience in intercultural collaboration, ideally with German/international partners
• Willingness to travel within India
• Negotiation skills
