Responsibilities

• Engage with leads via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and demos.
• Understand student requirements and career goals to recommend programs.
• Explain program features, curriculum, fees, and outcomes clearly.
• Convert high-intent leads by building trust and rapport.
• Guide students through the end-to-end admission process.
• Assist with documentation, fee payment, and onboarding.
• Ensure a smooth experience from inquiry to enrollment.
• Maintain lead information in the CRM and follow up consistently.
• Track performance metrics including call volumes, follow-ups, demo attendance, and closures.
