Job summary

• Counsel students through inboundandoutbound interactions to guide them toward successful admissions.
• Provide end-to-end admission counselling by understanding student needs, career aspirations,andlearning preferences.
• Deliver virtual or telephonic counselling sessions, product demos,andcourse walkthroughs.
• Address studentandqueries related to curriculum, learning outcomes, pricing, certifications,andplacement support.
• Negotiate course fees, discounts,andpayment planswithin company guidelines.
• Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure high conversionandenrollment rates.
• Updateandmanage CRM systemswithaccuratelead, inquiry,andadmission data.
• Track daily calling activityandweekly/monthly admissionandrevenue targets.
• Collaboratewithmarketing, academics,andoperations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of enrolled students.
