Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Associate role based in Bhubaneswar. The Business Development Associate will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate and qualify leads, and build relationships with prospective partners, clients, and institutional stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing trends, preparing and delivering presentations about academy programs, and supporting outreach campaigns and events. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to develop proposals, maintaining accurate records of interactions in CRM or tracking tools, and following up consistently to move prospects through the business development pipeline. The associate is expected to contribute ideas to improve outreach strategies and represent Industry Ready Academy in a professional, learner-focused manner.
