Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar for a Business Development Associate. The role involves identifying and qualifying potential clients and partners, driving lead generation activities, and supporting the development of new business opportunities for the academy. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing and delivering presentations to prospective clients, maintaining client relationships, and tracking business development metrics. The Business Development Associate will collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with market needs, assist in outreach campaigns and events, and contribute to the overall growth strategy of Industry Ready Academy.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering impactful Presentations.
• Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, outreach, and qualification of potential clients.
• Candidates should possess Market Research skills, with the ability to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, for client interactions and internal coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to meeting business targets.
• Prior experience in business development, sales, or education services is an advantage.
