Job summary

PhonePe Group in India seeks a Business Development Executive to onboard merchants in the Betul district by analysing transaction patterns and growth potential.

You will manage relationships with merchants, promote value-added services, and deepen account engagement while driving sales targets. A driving license and two-wheeler are required, with at least 6 months of B2C field sales experience.

Business Development Executive

Responsibilities

• Merchant Acquisition: Onboard new OMC merchants' basis understanding of transaction volume and pattern in the assigned geography.
• Relationship Management & Servicing: Engage with identfied merchants to strengthen relationship with these merchants and onboard them on more value added products and services
• Account Management: The PAE's task is to develop a deep understanding and relationship with each account that any competitor finds it an uphill task to onboard the merchant account.
• Competition Mapping: Study, map and report competition activity in assigned geography basis geographical or category based initiatives to enable faster response.
