Job summary

Hinduja Housing Finance Limited in Karnataka seeks an experienced Loan Appraisal Manager to oversee field visits and supervise the sales team across locations. You will meet customers for loan appraisal, motivate sourcing agents, plan monthly marketing activities, and monitor productivity to ensure steady loan flow.

Additionally, you will manage delinquent accounts and drive timely settlements, leveraging 6-10 years of LAP/Housing Finance experience to optimize portfolio performance.

Qualifications

• 6-10 yrs; 5 to 6 years of experience in LAP/Housing Finance Industry

Responsibilities

• Visit locations to meet identified customers for appraisal of the loan proposal
• Monitoring the activities of the Sales Officers at all locations and ensure regular flow of business
• Motivating the sourcing agents at all locations regularly to ensure steady flow of business from major sourcing channels
• Planning marketing activities of the locations with a monthly calendar and monitoring the same on a daily basis
• Monitoring productivity of the Sales Officers and ensuring that all of them meet the productivity norms on monthly basis
• Handling chronic / delinquent accounts and initiating appropriate action for settlement / closure of the loan
