You will coordinate sourcing channels, plan monthly marketing calendars, monitor officer productivity, and take action on delinquent accounts to ensure a steady loan flow.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years total experience with 5-6 years in LAP/Housing Finance industry.
• 5-6 years in LAP/Housing Finance roles preferred

Responsibilities

• Visit locations to meet the identified customers for appraisal of the loan proposal.
• Monitoring the activities of the Sales Officers at all locations and ensure regular flow of business.
• Motivating the sourcing agents at all locations regularly to ensure steady flow of business from major sourcing channels.
• Planning marketing activities of the locations with a monthly calendar and monitoring the same on a daily basis.
• Monitoring productivity of the Sales Officers and ensuring that all of them meet the productivity norms on monthly basis.
• Handling chronic / delinquent accounts and initiating appropriate action for settlement / closure of the loan.
