Job summary

Porter is seeking a dynamic operations professional in India to manage supply/demand processes, build strong partner and customer relationships, and drive real-time issue resolution. The role emphasizes data-driven insights and hands-on leadership to convert leads and improve service quality.

The ideal candidate will coordinate across sheets, generate actionable reports in Excel/Google Sheets, and guide a high-performing operations team toward clear targets and KRAs.

Job description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Working on various supply/demand processes and contributing to process improvement
• Maintain a healthy relationship with partners/customers
• Ensure partner/customer queries are resolved real-time
• Provide regular feedback from partners/customers related to the service and experience
• To understand the overall objective of the calling activity & record responses correctly on various sheets to make qualitative insights
• Make cold calls and follow up calls to leads/prospects to assist in conversion
• Actively track conversion to make process improvements
• Should have proper knowledge of all the processes, and do not dependable on others for their work
• Build and manage a high-performing ops team, ensuring clarity of targets & KRAs. Monitor team efficiency, service levels, and city performance metrics, implementing improvements proactively.

Skills / Competencies:

• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to train, support and motivate the colleague & team members
• Basic/Advances Knowledge of making reports in MS Excel / Google Sheets, Should have hands-on in making reports
• Knowledge of SQL is an added advantage
