Job summary

Cars24 is seeking a Retail Unit Head to establish and optimize retail operations across a defined territory in Mumbai. You will lead daily team performance, set up processes, and drive regular reviews to ensure world-class results.

You will plan acquisitions, allocations, and strategic alliances with channel partners, aiming for regional growth aligned with the business plan. This role requires coaching, performance planning, and strong leadership across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• The incumbent is responsible for setting up the Retail unit and processes, managing daily performance of all team members and deliver regular reviews.
• Be responsible for planning acquisition, allocation & strategic alliances with channel partners in the city within the allocated territory.
• Achieve targeted regional growth at a rate and margin consistent with the company's business plan.
• Coach and develop direct reports. Implement performance plans according to company protocol.
