Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end tracking of cancellation and inventory liquidation cases, ensuring timely resolution and closure.
• Monitor cancelled-order inventory, ageing stock, liquidation progress, and recovery value.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Category, Finance, and Customer Support teams to streamline workflows.
• Identify operational bottlenecks, process gaps, and opportunities for automation.
• Analyse cancellation trends and conduct root-cause assessments to address recurring issues.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key program metrics and business outcomes.
• Develop SOPs and process documentation to bring consistency and standardisation across workflows.
• Support process-improvement initiatives from problem identification to implementation and impact measurement.
• Participate in stakeholder reviews, document action items, and drive follow-ups to ensure timely closure.
• Provide structured insights and recommendations to improve inventory health and operational efficiency.

Who are we looking for?

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; knowledge of SQL will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• A structured problem-solver with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Prior internship exposure in operations, program management, project management, or supply chain is preferred.
• A proactive, ownership-oriented mindset with a strong bias for execution.
