Cars24 seeks a dynamic Retail Unit Leader in Hyderabad to establish and optimize retail processes, lead a daily-performing team, and drive regional growth. You will set up the retail unit, manage performance reviews, and foster strategic partnerships with channel partners within the city.

The role requires strong leadership, deep retail operations knowledge, and data-driven decision making to improve customer experience and business outcomes.

What will you drive?

• Establish and optimize Retail unit processes, managing daily team performance.
• The incumbent is responsible for setting up the Retail unit and processes, managing daily performance of all team members and deliver regular reviews.
• Be responsible for planning acquisition, allocation & strategic alliances with channel partners in the city within the allocated territory.
• Achieve targeted regional growth at a rate and margin consistent with the company's business plan.
• Coach and develop direct reports. Implement performance plans according to company protocol.
