Cars24 is seeking a Builder - Dealer Consumer Financing Partner in Delhi to drive growth by building and nurturing dealer relationships and delivering customized financing solutions.

You will guide dealers through Cars24’s products and processes, ensuring high dealer satisfaction, executing retention strategies, and identifying cross-selling opportunities while consistently meeting monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Dealer-focused mindset with ability to understand needs.
• Proactive, target-driven approach to growth.
• Experience managing multiple dealer relationships is a plus.
• Knowledge of automotive ecosystem is preferred but not mandatory.

What will you drive?
As a Builder - Dealer Consumer Financing Partner , you will be the key link between the company and our network of dealers. You’ll drive growth by:

• Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing dealers
• Understanding dealer needs and delivering customized solutions that align with our offerings
• Acting as a trusted advisor to dealers—guiding them through CARS24’s products, services, and processes
• Ensuring high levels of dealer satisfaction and engagement through regular interactions
• Executing retention strategies that boost loyalty and increase transaction volumes
• Identifying and tapping into cross-selling opportunities based on dealer profiles
• Consistently achieving monthly targets related to dealer retention and business transactions
