Ensavior Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a senior sales professional for the BSG Retrofit Service Sales role in Delhi.

The candidate should have 8–12 years of experience in HVAC retrofit sales, aftermarket or solution sales, with a track record of handling key accounts and managing full sales cycles from lead generation to project handover. The role requires a BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA is an added advantage.

• Collaborate with Energy Audit, Design, Estimation, and Project teams to develop proposals.
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals, cost estimates, and client presentations.
• Negotiate terms and close high-value retrofit and service contracts.
• Coordinate with Project and Service teams to ensure successful execution and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, forecast, and achieve targets.
• Stay updated on HVAC technologies and energy-efficient products.

Job Description - BSG Retrofit Service Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of HVAC retrofit, modernization, and service solutions for commercial buildings.
• Identify opportunities for equipment replacement, system upgrades, energy optimization, and HVAC performance improvement.
• Develop new business while managing and expanding relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct site visits to understand customer requirements and recommend technically and commercially viable retrofit solutions.
• Promote Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), Comprehensive Maintenance Contracts (CMC), preventive maintenance services, and value-added service offerings.
• Collaborate with the Energy Audit, Design, Estimation, and Project teams to develop customized retrofit and energy-saving proposals.
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals, cost estimates, and project presentations for clients.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value retrofit and service contracts.
• Coordinate with Project and Service teams to ensure successful execution and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, prepare forecasts, and achieve monthly and annual business targets.
• Stay updated on emerging HVAC technologies, energy-efficient products, and industry trends to provide value-driven solutions.

Educational Qualification

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)
• MBA in Marketing or Business Management will be an added advantage.

Experience

• 8-12 years of experience in HVAC Retrofit Sales, Service Sales, Aftermarket Sales, or Solution Sales.
• Proven experience in selling HVAC retrofit solutions, maintenance services, or energy efficiency projects within the commercial sector.
• Experience handling key accounts and managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project handover.
