Job Requirements :

• 1-30 years of experience in Branch Sales Management or similar role in Banking/NBFC industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in Home Equity loans & Mortgages products.
• Strong understanding of Housing Finance/Housing Loan concepts, including regulatory requirements.
• Excellent relationship management skills with ability to build trust with customers at all levels.
