Job summary

Sundaram Home Finance Limited invites an experienced sales leader to drive business development, channel expansion, and branch revenue targets while safeguarding overall customer experience.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years selling home loan products (or related finance) and 3+ years in team management, with strong communication, networking and negotiation skills. Graduation in any discipline is required.

Qualifications

• Graduation in any discipline.
• 5+ years of selling home loan products or related finance, preferably with exposure to home loans/non-home loans/construction finance.
• 3+ years in managing a team.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development through market intelligence and new channels.
• Manage revenue targets for branches and team members.
• Prepare and drive annual operating plans and targets.
• Manage branch portfolios and overall customer experience.
• Oversee recovery management.
• Prepare MIS reports and present them periodically.
• Ensure policy awareness, and train the team.
• Ensure regulatory/audit compliance.
• Develop the team through coaching and feedback.

Role & responsibilities

• 1) Business development through market intelligence, new channels, AR, builders, marketing activities and events.
• 2) Revenue target management for branch/es and team members.
• 3) Annual operating plans and target management.
• 4) Branch portfolio management.
• 5) Overall customer experience.
• 6) Recovery management.
• 7) MIS management preparing, reviewing and presenting reports periodically.
• 8) Policy and process awareness, training and knowledge sharing with team.
• 9) Regulatory/audit compliance management.
• 10) Team development through feedback coaching and training.
• 11) Planning, monitoring, reviewing and ensuring the team members are achieving their monthly targets without compromising on the quality of the files/proposals.
• 12) Ensuring monthly targets for branch/es and individual members are achieved consistently through o Conducting daily meetings to understand sales leads, daily plans including customer/documentation related challenges etc,

Preferred candidate profile

Educational Qualification : Graduation in any discipline.

Experience : 5+ years of experience in selling of home loan/non home loan/construction finance products/related companies preferably and 3+ years in managing a team.

Skills:

• 1) Sound understanding of home loan products in the industry.
• 2) Market understanding including products/policies of competitors.
• 3) Excellent communication skills with a reasonable proficiency in the local language.
• 4) Proven ability to develop and manage networking/relationship.
