Job summary

Mittal Electronics in India seeks a result-oriented State Sales Head to drive growth and market share across West Bengal. You will develop and execute state-level sales strategies, lead regional and branch managers, and expand distributor and dealer networks to maximize revenue.

You will monitor performance, analyze market trends and competitors, ensure trade marketing execution, manage sales budgets and profitability, and recruit and develop high-performing sales teams.
