• Manage relationships with high net worth individuals (HNIs) and non-resident Indians (NRIs) to grow liabilities, investment products, and other business segments.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase cross-selling opportunities for retail banking products such as CASA ,TPP, PMS, MF, etc.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking within the branch catchment area to expand customer base.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
