Job summary

SkillLabs in India seeks a seasoned Branch Relationship Manager to oversee the financial performance of the relationship banking channel across assigned branches. You will drive revenue growth, lead teams, and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining strong profitability.

You will manage P&L, focus on high net worth clients, expand product cross-sell, ensure regulatory compliance, and implement best practices to scale the branch network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 to 8 years in branch relationship management in banking.
• Team handling experience is a must.
• Strong experience in managing and handling Super and Ultra HNI/HNW clients.

Responsibilities

• Fully responsible for cluster branches P&L – revenue and cost.
• Manage a profit centre with profitability through acquisition of net worth accounts, enhancing NII income, transaction fees, and generating revenue from third party products.
• Compliance to all regulatory and audit requirements.
• Set up of branches from nascent stages to increasing the book size manifold.
• Concentrated focus on all product lines offered by the bank.
• Increasing the value proposition of the bank with high net worth clientele.
• Implementing best practices in the industry to enhance the customer base.
• Customer value chain made stronger and wider.
• Increased the employee value proposition for the teams worked with.
• Driving and achieving challenging targets set by the bank consistently.
• Manage entire gamut of business in line with growing organizational needs.
