Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking a results-driven sales professional for our branch Retail Liabilities Sales team. You will drive business objectives by selling CASA, cross-selling X-Sell and third-party products like Insurance, while sourcing high-value CASA customers.

You will contact 20 customers daily, aim for 4 prospects per day, and upgrade customers to higher product categories. Graduation is required; 1–2 years NTB Sales Acquisition experience is welcome, with a maximum age of 30.

• Graduation qualification in any stream.
• 1–2 years of experience in NTB Sales Acquisition roles can apply.
• Age Criteria : Maximum 30 Years of age.

Responsibilities

• Achieve business objectives of Retail Liabilities Sales Team for the branch.
• Generate revenues through sale of CASA, X-Sell and Third Party Products like Insurance.
• Sourcing High Value CASA customers along with entire Family Banking relationships.
• Sources new to bank customers through external individual efforts and acquisition channel.
• Successfully contacting 20 customers per day.
• Meeting 4 customers/ prospects per day.
• Upgrading customers from a lower product category to high.

• Responsible for generation of revenues through sale of CASA, X-Sell and Third Party Products like Insurance
• Responsible for Sourcing High Value CASA customers along with entire Family Banking relationships
• Sources new to bank customers through external individual efforts and acquisition channel
