Job summary

SkillLabs is seeking a diligent professional based in Uttar Pradesh, Varansi region to manage walk-in customers, collect cash, and ensure timely and accurate records across core banking processes.

The role involves closing loans, reconciling bank accounts, coordinating with local authorities, and ensuring 100% policy compliance while driving branch targets for collections and cross-sell opportunities. Experience in financial services or related sectors is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in financial services/banking/FMCG/NBFC.
• Experience in cash collection, deposition, and accurate record maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Walk-in customer management & query resolution.
• Cash collection, deposition & maintenance of accurate records.
• Loan closure updates and completion.
• Reconciliation of bank accounts and open items.
• Coordination with local authorities for trade license renewal.
• Timely updating of receipts and RC to core systems.
• Empanelment of new brokers and coordination for sale of repossessed vehicles.
• Monthly audit of receipts from collection team.
• Liaison with Legal/Repayment/Admin/Customer Service/Collections.
• Record keeping and admin activities.
• Ensure 100% compliance of processes and policies.
• Achieve targets for PI & Charges collection, cross-sale of insurance, and lead generation.
• Conduct service camps at branches and non-branch locations.

Roles and Responsibilities :-

• Walk-in Customer management & query resolution
• Cash collection, deposition & maintenance of the accurate records
• Loan Closure cases updation & closure
• Reconciliation of Bank Account - open items
• Coordination with RTO / local authorities for Trade License Renewal
• Timely updation of Receipts, RC to Core Systems & reconciliation
• Empanelment of new brokers & Coordination with Brokers for sale of Repossessed Vehicles for the mapped stockyards
• Monthly audit of receipts updated and received from collection team
• Laisioning with Various departments such as Legal/Repayment/Admin/Customer Service / Collections
• Record Keeping and Admin Activities
• Ensure 100% Compliance of Process and policies
• Ensure achievement of targets for:
• PI & Charges collection for the branch
• Cross sale of Insurance & Lead generation
• Conduct Service Camps at Branch & Non-Branch locations

Experience :-

Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience, preferably in Financial Services/Banking/FMCG/NBFC
