Qualifikationen

• Experience in financial services, banking, or NBFC preferred.
• Ability to manage cash collections and deposits accurately.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and record-keeping processes.

Aufgaben

• Walk-in customer management & query resolution.
• Cash collection, deposition & maintenance of records.
• Loan closure updates & closures.
• Bank reconciliation of open items.
• Coordinate with RTO/local authorities for trade licenses renewal.
• Timely updation of receipts and RC to core systems & reconciliation.
• Empanelment of new brokers and coordination for sale of repossessed vehicles for mapped stockyards.
• Monthly audit of receipts from collection team.
• Liaisoning with Legal, Repayment, Admin, Customer Service and Collections departments.
• Record keeping and admin activities.
• Ensure 100% compliance with processes and policies.
• Achieve targets for PI & Charges collection and cross-sale of insurance/lead generation.
• Conduct service camps at branch and non-branch locations.

Experience :-

Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience, preferably in Financial Services/Banking/FMCG/NBFC
