Zusammenfassung

SkillLabs is seeking an energetic Collections/Branch Support professional in Agra to manage walk-in customers, collect cash, and update loan closures. You will reconcile bank items, coordinate with brokers and authorities, and ensure timely data updates to core systems.

The role requires 2–4 years in financial services or banking. Candidate will liaise with multiple departments to maintain compliance and achieve targets for collections, insurance cross-sales, and service campaigns.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years of experience in financial services or banking.
• Experience with cash collection and deposits is preferred.
• Familiarity with branch operations and policy compliance.
• Strong record-keeping and reconciliation abilities.

Aufgaben

• Walk-in customer management & query resolution.
• Cash collection, deposition & maintenance of accurate records.
• Loan closure cases updation & closure.
• Reconciliation of bank accounts - open items.
• Liaison with RTO/local authorities for trade license renewal.
• Timely updation of receipts, RC to core systems & reconciliation.
• Empanelment of new brokers & coordination for sale of repossessed vehicles.
• Monthly audit of receipts updated and received from collection team.
• Liaison with Legal/Repayment/Admin/Customer Service/Collections.
• Record keeping and admin activities.
• Ensure 100% compliance of processes and policies.
• Achieve targets for PI & Charges collection, cross-sale of insurance, lead generation, service camps.

Roles and Responsibilities :-

• Walk-in Customer management & query resolution
• Cash collection, deposition & maintenance of the accurate records
• Loan Closure cases updation & closure
• Reconciliation of Bank Account - open items
• Coordination with RTO / local authorities for Trade License Renewal
• Timely updation of Receipts, RC to Core Systems & reconciliation
• Empanelment of new brokers & Coordination with Brokers for sale of Repossessed Vehicles for the mapped stockyards
• Monthly audit of receipts updated and received from collection team
• Laisioning with Various departments such as Legal/Repayment/Admin/Customer Service / Collections
• Record Keeping and Admin Activities
• Ensure 100% Compliance of Process and policies
• Ensure achievement of targets for:
• PI & Charges collection for the branch
• Cross sale of Insurance & Lead generation
• Conduct Service Camps at Branch & Non-Branch locations

Experience :-

Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience, preferably in Financial Services/Banking/FMCG/NBFC
