Job summary

SkillLabs in Coimbatore is seeking a responsible Cash Collections Executive to manage daily cash collection, deposition, and accurate record maintenance, along with loan closure updates and bank reconciliation.

The role involves coordinating with RTO and other local authorities for licenses, ensuring timely updates to core systems, vendor empanelment for brokers, and driving compliance with company policies. Prior experience in financial services or NBFC is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in Financial Services/Banking/NBFC
• Experience in cash handling and reconciliation is preferred
• Strong coordination with internal departments and external authorities
• Knowledge of license renewal processes with RTO/local authorities

Responsibilities

• Walk-in customer management and query resolution
• Cash collection, deposition and maintenance of accurate records
• Loan closure updates and closures
• Bank reconciliation of open items
• Coordinate with RTO/local authorities for trade license renewal
• Timely updation of receipts to core systems and reconciliation
• Empanelment of new brokers and coordination for sale of repossessed vehicles
• Monthly audit of receipts and coordination with collections team
• Liaison with Legal/Repayment/Admin/Customer Service/Collections
• Record keeping and admin activities
• Ensure 100% compliance with processes and policies
• Achieve targets for PI and charges collection, cross-sale of insurance, and lead generation
• Conduct service camps at branch and non-branch locations
